And here we go, looking for an apartment.. this site is great, except that I was told that positive commetns were written by the managers, while negative comments were written by managers from other residences. So just don’t trust the reviews !

One possibility, the Belmont gardens. The problem is that we don’t know about the public commodities.(tags: housing moving-2006)

Good article on time management - very accurate to software development !
Assaf Arkin gave us a set of tips to use Gmail. I reproduce them below with his authorization.
1. If you’re using GMail as POP/SMTP, set it to archive (not delete) all popped messages. That way, if you need Web access you have an empty inbox to start with, with access to the last e-mails you popped with your e-mail client.
2. If you’re using GMail as a Web client, delete that which is redundant, archive everything else. That way you can keep your inbox empty. When a new message arrives, GMail will show the entire conversation, including archived and sent messages, so you know what you’re talking about. No need to keep e-mails in the inbox to save context.
3. To get around spam false positivies, create labels for e-mails you expect (e.g. Intalio addresses, mailing lists). That way you can scan the spam for false positive. Scanning and clearing spam is easier if you set GMail to display 100 messages in a page.
4. Keyboard shortcuts save a lot of time: http://evhead.com/hodgepodge/gmail-shortcuts.html
5. Safari doesn’t like GMail. There’s no rich HTML editing and to get keyboard shortcuts to work, you need to first click the page with the mouse.
6. GMail archives all GTalk conversations as if they were e-mails. You can see all recent chats by going to the contact, and reply to a chat by sending an e-mail.
7. Login to GMail using https://gmail.com gives you HTTPS access. Login to GMail using http://gmail.com gives you HTTP access to the login page, but then downgrades to HTTP access.
8. The GMail Manager for Firefox will alert you of new e-mails and show snippest: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1320/
9. For even better shortcuts, install this Greasemonkey scripts. You can label e-mails, move around to labels/folders, archive/trash and pretty much avoid using the mouse: http://persistent.info/archives/2005/12/23/greasemonkey
